Axle Flange & Oil Seal: Removal

With final drive assembly mounted in holding fixture, pry off drive flanges. Mark flanges for installation in original positions. Check flanges. Flanges with scored bearing or seal surfaces must be replaced. Remove and discard flange snap ring. Remove seal with puller.
