Removal (318i)

Remove heater blower motor and bracket. Disconnect plug. Lift out grille. Disconnect both linkages on left shaft mount. Lift off cover. Unscrew nut and take off wiper arm. Remove cover. Unscrew nut, remove 3 washers from each shaft and remove console and motor.
