Column Lock & Ignition Switch: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure, noting the following: Locate grub screw of clamp plate in notch in top column. Install new shear screws on clamp; however, check for correct operation of steering lock prior to final torque of shear screws: 14 ft. lbs. (2.0 mkg).
