Solenoid Valves And Pressure Regulating Valves In Valve Body, Removing And Installing: Removing
Check before the repair if the necessary replacement parts are available. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).
Electric allocation of the pressure regulating valves and solenoid valves: refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - TRANSMISSION CONTROL .
-- Remove the Mechatronic. Refer to Mechatronic, Removing and Installing .
-- Remove the Transmission Control Module -J217-. Refer to TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE J217, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove bolts -arrows- and remove the contact element.
Conditions
- Before removing the mounting rail, ensure that the valve -2- and spring -3- of the Solenoid Valve 5 -N92- -1- remain in the valve body.
- Reinstallation is not possible due to the exact positioning of components. This would damage the valve body.
-- Hold the Solenoid Valve 5 -N92- -1- before removing the mounting rail.
-- Remove the screws -arrows- and carefully remove the mounting rail. At the same time, pay attention to ensure the Solenoid Valve 5 - N92- remains in the valve body.
-- Carefully remove the connection from the Solenoid Valve 5 - N92-.
-- Check the valve and spring of the Solenoid Valve 5 - N92- to make sure they stay in the valve body.
-- Remove the remaining valves. If necessary, carefully pry them out.
