Hydraulic Pressure Sensor 1/2, G545/G546, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Coat the new seals -1- with ATF and install in the valve body.

-- Replace the wiring guide -2- and install hand-tight with the screws -arrows-.

-- Attach both hydraulic pressure sensors with retaining plate -arrow A- and screws -1- through -5- hand-tight.

-- Clip in both hydraulic pressure sensors in the wiring guide and connect to the control module.

Conditions

• Pay attention that the cable routing is even.
• The cables must not stick out or be kinked.
• Adapt the cable routing by turning the pressure sensors -arrows-.

-- Tighten the screws -1- through -7- to the tightening specification.

-- Install the connector with the Assembly Tool :T40305  .

-- Install the transmission fluid pan. Refer to Transmission Fluid Pan, Removing and Installing  .

-- Perform the function "Calibration of the Clutch Valves" and "Adaptation of the Coupling Slip Points". Refer to DIAGNOSTIC ENTRY .
