Safety Precautions When Working On Parking/Auxiliary Heater

There is a risk of poisoning due to exhaust from the parking/auxiliary heater.
Parking/auxiliary heaters release poisonous exhaust gases when running. Injuries to the respiratory tracts and poisoning are possible.
- Only operate the parking/auxiliary heater in closed rooms if there is an exhaust extracting system turned on.
- Deactivate the parking/auxiliary heater and the timer function.
Risk of injury from the parking/auxiliary heater
For vehicles with a parking/auxiliary heater, the parking/auxiliary heater can turn on unintentionally. Burns are possible on hot components of the parking/auxiliary heater.
