Wire Routing And Securing

- Lines include: fuel, coolant, hydraulic, vacuum, EVAP system, high-voltage, and refrigerant lines as well as wires.
- There is a risk of damaging the lines from the moving or hot components.
- Ensure sufficient clearance to moving or hot components.
- Route the wires in the original cable guide.
- If necessary, draw sketches or take pictures.
- Mark the wires before disconnecting and/or removing them. This will prevent a mix-up when reconnecting them.
- After securing the wires, check their routing. They must be inserted in the provided brackets and may not touch any other components.
- Replace damaged cable ties, wire brackets and fasteners.
