Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N205- / Exhaust Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N318-, Removing And Installing: Removing

Audi Q7/Q8:

Remove the air filter housing. Refer to the appropriate service information

Remove the Exhaust Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N318-.

All except Audi A8/Q7/Q8:

-- Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

Audi A4/A5:

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the air guide -2-.

Audi A6/A7

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and then remove the air guides -1 and 2-.

Audi Q5:

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and air duct -1-.

Continuation for both camshaft adjustment valves:

-- Disconnect the connectors:

• 1 -  For the Exhaust Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N318-
• 3 -  For the Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N205-

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and then remove the camshaft adjustment valve:

• 2 -  Exhaust Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N318-
• 4 -  Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 -N205-
