Overview - Output Shaft, Synchronization

  1. 2nd Gear Assembly
  2. Inner Race
    • For 2nd gear assembly
    • Do not interchange with the inner race for 1st gear assembly / 3rd gear
  3. Intermediate Ring
    • For 2nd gear assembly
    • Do not interchange with the intermediate ring for 1st gear assembly / 3rd gear
  4. Synchronizer Ring
    • For 2nd gear assembly
    • Do not interchange with the synchronizer ring for 1st gear assembly / 3rd gear
    • Replace if there are grooves or scoring
  5. Thrust Piece
    • Quantity: 3
  6. Synchronizer Hub
    • For the 2nd gear assembly / reverse gear assembly
  7. Locking Collar
    • For the 2nd gear assembly / reverse gear assembly
  8. Synchronizer Ring
    • For reverse gear assembly
  9. Reverse Gear Assembly
  10. Bearing Bracket
  11. 1st Gear Assembly
  12. Inner Race
    • For 1st Gear Assembly
    • Do not interchange with the inner race for the 2nd gear assembly / 3rd gear
  13. Intermediate Ring
    • For 1st Gear Assembly
    • Do not interchange with the intermediate ring for 2nd gear assembly / 3rd gear
  14. Synchronizer Ring
    • For 1st Gear Assembly
    • Do not interchange with the synchronizer ring for 2nd gear assembly / 3rd gear
  15. Synchronizer Hub
    • For 1st Gear Assembly / 3rd Gear Assembly
  16. Thrust Piece
    • Quantity: 3
  17. Locking Collar
    • For 1st Gear Assembly / 3rd Gear Assembly
  18. Synchronizer Ring
    • For 3rd gear assembly
    • Do not interchange with the synchronizer ring for 1st gear assembly / 2nd gear
  19. Intermediate Ring
    • For 3rd gear assembly
    • Do not interchange with the intermediate ring for 1st gear assembly / 2nd gear
  20. Inner Race
    • For 3rd gear assembly
    • Do not interchange with the inner race for 1st gear assembly / 2nd gear

  1. Synchronizer Ring
    • The splines -arrow a- of the synchronizer ring and the inner race must align.
  2. Intermediate Ring
    • The splines -arrow B- of the intermediate ring and the gear assembly must be flush.
  3. Inner Race
    • The splines -arrow a- of the synchronizer ring and the inner race must align.
  4. Gear Assembly
    • The splines -arrow B- of the intermediate ring and the gear assembly must be flush.
