Input Shaft 1, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Carefully guide the input shaft 1 into the gear set -arrow-. While doing so, make sure the needle bearings -A- and -B- are installed correctly.
-- Position the shift forks and secure with the bolt -arrow-.
AWD Vehicles
-- Warm the bearing inner race using the Inductive Heater :VAS 6414 to approximately 100 °C (212 °F) and push in all the way downward with the shoulder -arrow A-.
-- Install the circlip -arrow-.

-- Install the gear set. Refer to GEAR SET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
