Gear Set, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Bring the gear actuator into the basic setting. To do this, engage all gear actuators by hand by turning and pressing at the same time and align for the existing backlash.

-- Carefully insert the gear set. At the same time, evenly guide together the bearing areas and gear actuators.

Conditions

Remove the dual clutch if the gear set cannot be guided in. Refer to Dual Clutch, Removing .

-- Hand tighten the bolts -2- in the gear actuators -1-.

-- If mounted correctly, the dimension -x- is approximately 2 mm for all gear actuators.

-- Tighten the bolts -2- for gear actuators to the tightening specification.

-- Install the Transmission Input Speed Sensor 1 -G632- and tighten the bolt -A-.

-- Install the wire in the bracket -B- at the same time pay attention to the correct routing.

-- If the dual is removed, install the dual clutch. Refer to Dual Clutch, Installing .

-- Install the transmission housing. Refer to Transmission Housing, Removing and Installing .
