Oil Tray, Removing And Installing: Removing

• The transmission is removed. Refer to TRANSMISSION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (7-SPEED DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION 0CK, 0CJ, 0DP, 0DN) , or TRANSMISSION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (8-SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 0D5) .

-- Remove the oil pan upper section with the lower timing chain cover installed. Refer to OIL PAN UPPER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH LOWER TIMING CHAIN COVER INSTALLED .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and -1 and 2-.

-- Pry off the oil tray from the bonding on the lower timing chain cover downward and remove.
