Engine Oil Cooler, Removing And Installing, 3.0L Engine: Removing

• When installing, install all heat shield boots back in the same positions.

-- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 3.0L ENGINE .

-- Open the heat shield boot.

-- Disconnect the connectors:

• 1 -  For the Tank Ventilation Pressure Sensor 1 -G950-
• 3 -  For the EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80-

-- Loosen the hose clamp -2- and disconnect the hose for the EVAP system.

-- Remove the EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80- from the bracket.
