Overview - Coolant Pipes, 2.9L Engine-Side: Notes

• The marking on the coolant pipes and ends of coolant hoses must align.

1. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
2. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
3. Left Front Coolant Pipe
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to LEFT FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .
4. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
5. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
6. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
7. Front Coolant Pipe
   • With seal
   • Replace the seal after removal.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .
8. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
9. O-Rings
   • Replace after removing
10. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
11. Coolant Connection
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to CRANKSHAFT HOUSING, RIGHT FRONT COOLANT CONNECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing

    • 9 Nm

    • Replace after removing
16. Large Right Rear Coolant Pipe
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to LARGE RIGHT REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .

    • Replace after removing

23. Small Right Rear Coolant Pipe
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to SMALL RIGHT REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .

    • Removing and Installing. Refer to LEFT REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- to 4.5 Nm.
