Seat Depth Adjuster, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front seat and fold it to the rear with the wires still connected. Refer to Front Seat, Removing and Installing  .

-- Release the seat heating element connector -1- and disconnect.

-- Loosen the wiring harness -2- from the seat pan -arrow- and free up.

-- Move the seat depth adjuster as far forward as possible.

-- Release the retainers -arrows- using a Trim Removal Wedge :3409  .

-- Remove the seat depth adjuster trim -2-.

-- Unclip the seat depth adjuster handle -1-.

-- Loosen the front molding -arrows A- from the seat depth adjuster upper section -2-.

-- Disengage the seat pan cover -1- from the side retainers -arrows B-.

-- Fold back the seat pan cover -1- toward the rear.

-- Loosen the retainers -arrows- using a Trim Removal Wedge :3409  .

-- Unclip the cushion -1- from the seat depth adjuster -2-.

-- Remove the cover -1-, at the same time pay attention to the seat heating element wiring harness.

-- Disengage the seat pan cover -1- from the left and right side retainers -arrows A-.

-- Loosen the molding -arrows B- from the seat depth adjuster lower section -2-.

-- Remove the nuts -3-.

-- Remove the seat depth adjuster -1- from the seat pan -2-.
