Front Thorax Airbag With Igniter, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the backrest cover. Refer to BACKREST COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -2-.

-- Unclip the cable holder -arrow- and remove the support plate -1- for the thorax airbag.

-- Disconnect the connector -2- from the thorax airbag igniter.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Disengage the thorax airbag -3- from the backrest frame -4- using the hook.

-- Remove the thorax airbag downward from the bag (not shown here) in the cover.
