1. Ribbed Belt
   • Check for wear
   • Do not kink
   • Belt path. Refer to Fig 2.
   • Before removing, mark the running direction using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to STARTER GENERATOR RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the belt pulleys
2. Tensioner
   • For the ribbed belt
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to TENSIONER FOR RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Bolt
   • Replace after removing
   • 8 Nm +45°
4. Bracket
   • For the Starter Generator Coolant Pump -V621-
   • installed depending on the model
5. Bolt
   • For  : Bracket
   • 20 Nm
6. Starter Generator -C29-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
8. Nut
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
9. Threaded Pin
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
10. Bracket
    • for the starter generator
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to STARTER GENERATOR BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
12. Alignment Sleeve
    • Quantity: 2
13. Friction Disc (Diamond Disc)
    • for the connection security between the vibration damper and the crankshaft stub (cannot be delivered separately)
    • Included in a delivery package  : Vibration Damper, cannot be delivered separately
14. Vibration Damper
    • With alignment pin
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA) for the allocation.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
15. Bolt
    • Replace after removing
    • Tightening Specifications
      • Pre-tightening 50 Nm
      • Final tightening specification 100 Nm +180°
