Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

If there are small impressions on the slats, refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Evacuate and fill the refrigerant circuit. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit (Refrigerant R134a Servicing, Refrigerant Circuit, Working with A/C Service Station) or WORKING WITH A/C SERVICE STATION - R1234YF .
