The crankcase ventilation hose cannot be separated from the intake manifold. Note the information -item 25-  OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM, 2.9L ENGINE-SIDE => List Item:Intake Manifold with Crankcase Ventilation Hose.
