Center Console Insert, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the selector lever handle. Refer to SELECTOR LEVER HANDLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING or SELECTOR LEVER HANDLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Move the front seats all the way to the rear and then into their lowest position. Then position the backrest all the way toward the rear.

-- Remove the center console side trim panels. Refer to Center Console Side Trim Panel, Removing and Installing  .

-- Remove the rear cupholder trim -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Starting at the back, unclip the center console insert -3- by hand upward from the center console -A arrows- and pull rearward -arrow B-.

-- Lift the center console insert -3-, then disconnect the connector -1- for the Selector Lever Transmission Range Display -Y5-.

-- Remove the center console insert -3- toward the rear from below the instrument panel and disconnect the antenna cable -2-.

-- Remove the center console insert -3-.
