Center Vent, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the instrument cluster trim. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim, Removing and Installing .

-- Remove the instrument panel side cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Side Cover, Removing and Installing .

-- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to Glove Compartment, Removing and Installing .

-- Remove the instrument panel side decorative trim. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL SIDE DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the instrument panel center decorative trim. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT PASSENGER SIDE .

-- Remove the Front Information Display Control Head -J685-. Refer to INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM DISPLAY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the instrument panel lower decorative trim. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT PASSENGER SIDE .

-- Remove the decorative trim bracket. Refer to FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DECORATIVE TRIM BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -2- and -3-.

-- Unclip the instrument panel vent -1- using the Trim Removal Wedge :3409 -arrows-.

-- Disengage the remaining frame.

-- Remove the instrument panel vent -1- and disconnect the connectors.
