Front Child Seat Anchor, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Loosen the front passenger seat and fold it to the front with the wires still connected. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Vehicles with Mechanical Backrest Adjustment

-- Remove the hand wheel for the backrest adjustment. Refer to BACKREST ADJUSTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the backrest cover tension bands -arrow- at the bottom of the seat pan.

-- Remove the expanding rivets -arrows-.

-- Disengage the seat frame trim panels -1- and -2- at the rear backrest hinge.
