Rear Lid, Removing And Installing, A6 AVANT: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid upper trim panel. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Remove the rear lid tail lamp. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Push the grommet toward the inside.

-- Disconnect the connectors and the antenna wires and free up the wiring harness.

-- Remove the gas-filled strut . Refer to GAS-FILLED STRUT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
