Small Right Rear Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing, 2.9L Engine: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

Replace the O-ring after removal.
Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and install it.

-- If removed, install the catalytic converter. Refer to CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the heat shield and engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to Coolant, Filling .
