SERVOTRONIC Solenoid Valve Wiring, Checking

-- Remove glove box
-- Disconnect harness connector from Servotronic control module -J236- -.
-- Set digital multimeter (Fluke 83 or equivalent) to measure resistance.
Checking for short circuit to B+
-- Connect multimeter between sockets 7 and 8 on Servotronic control module connector, then between sockets 7 and 11.
Specified value: ∞ ohms (no continuity) in each case
Checking for short circuit to Ground (GND)
-- Connect multimeter between sockets 2 and 8 on Servotronic control module connector, then between sockets 2 and 11.
Specified value: ∞ ohms (no continuity) in each case
If not as specified:
-- Check wire routing, replace faulty wire if necessary.
