Brake Rotor, Removing And Installing, Steel Brakes: Removing

-- Remove the brake caliper. Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and remove the brake rotor.

Do not loosen the brake rotor from the hub by prying.
Do not remove the brake rotor from the hub with a hammer.
If the connection cannot be separated, use rust remover.
