- Have an Audi high-voltage technician (HVT) or an Audi high-voltage expert (HVE) de-energize the high-voltage system.
-- De-energize the high-voltage system. Refer to HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM, DE-ENERGIZING .
-- Remove the luggage compartment floor. Refer to OVERVIEW - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR, VEHICLES WITHOUT HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM , or OVERVIEW - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR, VEHICLES WITH HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM .
-- Remove the nuts -2- and -3-.
-- Remove the potential equalization cable -1-.
