Exhaust Door Control Unit -J883- / Exhaust Door Control Unit 2 -J945-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Bring the exhaust door control unit into its installed position

-- Bring the spring -3- at the exhaust door -2- into the installation position.

-- Place the exhaust door control unit -1- onto the exhaust door in direction of -arrows-.

-- Tighten the exhaust door control unit -item 4- OVERVIEW - EXHAUST DOOR CONTROL UNIT => List Item:Bolt.

Connect the exhaust door control unit connector first after correct assembly, to prevent movement of the positioner when loose.

-- Under Guided Functions , Engine electronics J623 perform the Adapt the exhaust Door Control Units -J883 / -J945 function. Using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tool.
