Coolant Level, Checking

CAUTION:
The cooling system may be under pressure. There is a risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.
Scalding the skin and other parts of the body is possible.
- Wear safety gloves.
- Wear protective eyewear.
- Reduce the pressure by covering the coolant expansion tank cap with a suitable towel and carefully opening it.
- Coolant level must be at the "MAX" mark when the engine is cold.
- Coolant level may be above the "MAX" mark with engine at operating temperature.
-- If the coolant level drops during the first bleeding procedure, fill the coolant again and repeat the bleeding procedure. Refer to Coolant Mixture Ratio => Start the engine and bring to operating temperature. .
