Coolant Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

Replace the seal after removal.
Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Install the coolant pump -1- and toothed belt.

-- Pay attention that the centering piece -arrows- and seal -3- are seated correctly.

-- After installing a new coolant pump -2-, remove the protective cap -1- from the drive wheel.

-- Install the left air duct pipe. Refer to LEFT AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING USING Cooling System Charge Kit:VAS 6096 [DNNA, DNNB, DNND, DNVB] .
