Component Location Overview - Instrument Panel Lamps

The overview shows a LHD vehicle as an example. For RHD vehicles the layout is a mirror image.

1. Left Footwell Lamp -W9-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Left Footwell Lamp -W9- /Right Footwell Lamp -W10-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Instrument Panel Contour Illumination Lamp 1 -L243-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AMBIENT LIGHTING LAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Fiber-Optic Cable
   • For the Instrument Panel Contour Illumination Lamp 1 -L243-
   • Integrated into the instrument panel decorative trim. Cannot be replaced separately
   • Replace if the instrument panel decorative trim is damaged. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. Fiber-Optic Cable
   • For Instrument Panel Contour Illumination Lamp 2 -L244-, and Instrument Panel Contour Illumination Lamp 3 -L245-
   • Integrated into the instrument panel decorative trim. Cannot be replaced separately
   • Replace if the instrument panel decorative trim is damaged. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. Instrument Panel Contour Illumination Lamp 3 -L245-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AMBIENT LIGHTING LAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Instrument Panel Contour Illumination Lamp 2 -L244-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AMBIENT LIGHTING LAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Glove Compartment Lamp -W6-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Glove Compartment Lamp -W6-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
8. Right Footwell Lamp -W10-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Left Footwell Lamp -W9- /Right Footwell Lamp -W10-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
