Main Fuse Panel On Battery, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Lift the luggage compartment floor cover.

-- Remove the support -1- and storage compartment -2-.

-- Disconnect the ground cable from the Battery A. Refer to Battery -A-, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING, IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT (0K0) .

-- Open the cover -2- over the battery positive terminal.

-- Loosen the nut -3- several turns.

-- Slightly push down the main fuse panel -1-, this will release the retainer -5-.

-- Afterwards pivot the main fuse panel to the side until the guide -6- is free.

-- Remove the battery ground cable terminal clamp -4- of the positive wire from the battery terminal.

-- Release the latches -arrow- and open the flap -1-.

-- Remove the wires -2, 3 and 8- from the main fuse panel -4-.

-- Remove the nut -6- and bolt -5-, then remove the wires -1 and 7-.

-- Release the latches and open the flap -3- -arrow-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1- from the cut-off relay -2-.

-- Remove the main fuse panel.
