Coolant Pump Toothed Belt, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the Oil Pressure Switch, Level 2 -F446-. Refer to Oil Pressure Switch, Level 2 -F446-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Audi A1 from MY 2018:

Audi A3 from MY 2021/Q2 from MY 2016/Q3 from MY 2019/TT from MY 2015:

-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Audi Q2 from MY 2016:

-- Remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir. Refer to WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Vehicles with generator:

-- Use the Wrench - 21mm:T40263 , Adapter:T40314 and 24mm socket to counterhold the vibration damper at the crankshaft.

Vehicles with starter generator:

-- Counterhold at the starter generator using a ratchet -1-.

Pay attention to the direction or rotation: the bolt for the drive wheel has a left-hand thread - there is a risk of damaging the threads.

-- Remove the bolt on the drive wheel -1- for the coolant pump and loosen three turns -arrow-. Use Torque Wrench 1410:V.A.G 1410 and Torque Wrench 1331 Insert - Ring Wrench - 12mm:T10360 .

-- Remove the toothed belt -2-.
