Brake Pad Wear Indicator Wire, Removing And Installing, Six-Piston Ceramic Brake: Removing

-- Remove the respective front wheel, while observing the safety precautions for ceramic brakes. Refer to WHEEL, CHANGING .
-- Disconnect the brake pad wear sensor connector -1-.
-- Open the protective cap -2-, free up the wire and unclip at the brake caliper and the brake pad spring -arrows-.
-- Remove the break pad wear sensor -3- from the brake pad, while being careful of the clamps -4-.
