Vehicles with High-Voltage System
-- Switch off (deactivate) the "parking air conditioner". Refer to Owner's Manual.
Continuation for All Vehicles
-- Switch off the ignition.
-- Remove the footwell vent on the front passenger side. Refer to FRONT PASSENGER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- If installed: remove the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- with the mount and let it hang with the wires still attached. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM .
-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
-- Remove the Defroster Door Motor -V107- -1-.
-- Disconnect the connector -2-.
