Belt Pulley, Removing And Installing, DENSO A/C Compressor: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
- Replace the circlip.
-- Clean the A/C compressor input shaft before installing the belt pulley.
-- Place the belt pulley onto the A/C compressor input shaft.
- Installation must be possible without much force.
-- Insert the new circlip -2- on the correct side.
- Flat side faces the A/C compressor.
-- Clean the threads of the A/C compressor input shaft before installing the drive plate.
TIP:
- The threads of the new drive plate has already been greased with a specific amount of a grease by the manufacturer.
