Headrest Guide, Removing And Installing, Q3: Removing

-- Fold the backrest slightly forward.

-- Remove the rear headrest. Refer to HEADREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Guide the Hook :T10538  in the headrest guide and as shown engage in the retainer.

-- Right headrest guide -1- : pull the locking tab -3- from the headrest guide with the hook inward in direction of -arrow C- and at the same time guide the headrest guide upward from the backrest frame in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Left headrest guide -2- : pull the frame -4- from the headrest guide with the hook inward in direction of -arrow A- and at the same time guide the headrest guide upward from the backrest frame in direction of -arrow B-.

TIP:

If the headrest guide does not release, proceed as follows:

-- Insert the Internal Puller (Kukko 21-1) :VAS251601  only to dimension -a- in the headrest guide and tighten the nut.

• Dimension -a- = 20 mm.

-- Position the Puller - Unit Injector :T10055  with the Puller - Unit Injector - Adapter 3 :T10055/3  on the Internal Puller (Kukko 21-1) :VAS251601  and remove the headrest guide.
