Display Control Head Carrier, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Move the steering wheel as far to the rear and down as possible. Use the full steering column adjustment range for this.

-- Remove the center vent. Refer to CENTER VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the instrument panel decorative trim on the front passenger side. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT PASSENGER SIDE .

-- Remove the display control head decorative panels. Refer to DISPLAY CONTROL HEAD DECORATIVE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the Front Information Display Control Head -J685-. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM .

-- Remove the outer front passenger side instrument panel vent. Refer to OUTER INSTRUMENT PANEL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT PASSENGER SIDE .

-- Remove the center instrument panel cover. Refer to CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Unclip the carrier -1- with the Trim Removal Wedge:3409 from the instrument panel and remove.
