Wheel Bearing Unit, Removing And Installing, Fwd With Torsion Beam Axle: Removing

-- Remove the brake rotor. Refer to BRAKE ROTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the dust cap from the seat by tapping lightly on the claw of the Puller - Grease Cap: VW637/2 -1-.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of damaging the bolt if handled incorrectly.

- Never use an impact wrench to loosen or tighten.

- Position the bolt by hand only and screw in the first threads.

-- Remove the bolt -1- using the Socket - Xzn 18mm: T10162 A -2-.

-- Remove the wheel bearing unit from the axle stub.
