Rear Axle, Removing And Installing, Torsion Beam Axle: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
CAUTION:
Improper handling increases the risk of damaging the threads in the vehicle body.
- Never use an impact wrench to loosen or tighten.
- Position the bolts by hand only and screw in the first threads.
- Tighten the shock absorber threaded connection on the axle beam in curb weight position. Refer to VEHICLES WITH COIL SPRINGS, CHECKING THE CURB WEIGHT POSITION FOR AXLE ALIGNMENT .
