- With integrated Power Steering Control Module -J500- and Steering Angle Sensor -G85-
- Power Steering Control Module -J500- and Steering Angle Sensor -G85- checking. Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
- The Power Steering Control Module -J500- and Steering Angle Sensor -G85- cannot be replaced individually. Replace the steering gear if faulty.
- Steering Gear, Removing and Installing. Refer to STEERING GEAR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Nut
- 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- Counterhold on the tie rod end inner contact to prevent it from rotating when tightening.
- Right Wheel Bearing Housing
- Heat Shield
- Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Bolt
- Depending on the engine installed, three or four are installed. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Different lengths
- 7 Nm for 7 mm length
- 8 Nm for 9 mm length
- Threaded Bushing
- Quantity: 2
- Wire
- Expanding Clip
- Steering Column
- Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Clean the threaded hole (for example, using a thread tap) before installing the new bolt.
- Tightening specification: refer to -item : Bolt.
- Seal
- Replace if damaged
- Left Wheel Bearing Housing
- Nut
- 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- Counterhold on the tie rod end inner contact to prevent it from rotating when tightening.
- Bolt
- 70 Nm + 180°
- Replace after removing
