Bolt
- Always replace after removing
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - MUFFLER .
Mounting Strap
Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Always replace after removing
Fuel Line
- For versions with parking/auxiliary heater
- Do not kink
- Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
Fuel Supply Line
- To the engine
- Clipped to the fuel tank
- Do not kink
- Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
Bleeder Line
- To the Activated Charcoal Filter Air Flushing Pressure Sensor -GX44-
- Clipped to the fuel tank
- Do not kink
- Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
Fuel Tank
- Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL TANK, REMOVING, TFSI VEHICLES WITH FWD, WITHOUT HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM .
Bolt
- 8 Nm +90°
- Always replace after removing
- Quantity: 2
Ground Connection
- For the fuel filler neck
- For discharging electrostatic charge. Refer to Figure.
Cap
- Turn until it clicks into place.
- Attached to the fuel filler door unit with fastener
Bleeder Line
- To the EVAP Canister
- Clipped to the fuel tank
- Do not kink
- Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
Bleeder Line
- To the EVAP Canister
- Different routing
- Clipped to the fuel tank
- Do not kink
- Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Always replace after removing
Underbody Trim Panel
- Clipped to the fuel tank
Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Always replace after removing
Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Always replace after removing

Underbody Trim Panel Bracket - Tightening Specification

-- Tighten the bolts -A arrows- to 20 Nm.
