-- Press the rubber boot on the fuel filler door unit back slightly.
-- Lift the locking ring -1- on the cap slightly using a flat-head screwdriver positioned at the tabs -A arrows-.
-- Turn the locking ring counter-clockwise in direction of -arrow B- and remove it from the fuel filler neck.
-- Remove the cap -1- from the fuel filler neck -arrow- by hand or using the T-Handle Hook:3438 .
