Sill Panel, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Move the front seats all the way forward.
-- Remove the bench seat. Refer to REAR BENCH SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
A6 with rigid backrest or individual seat backrest
-- Remove the rear seat backrest. Refer to REAR SEAT BACKREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Vehicles with side cushion
-- Remove the side cushion. Refer to OVERVIEW - COVER AND CUSHION .

-- Unclip the sill panel -1- from the side sill starting at the front using the Trim Removal Wedge :3409 -arrow A-.
-- Pull the sill panel out of the C-pillar -arrow B- and -arrow C- and remove.
