Front Pull Handle, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Door Trim Panel, Removing and Installing .

-- Place the door trim panel on a soft surface.

-- Disengage and remove the insulation mat.

-- Disconnect the connectors -2- -4- and -5-.

-- If equipped: remove the door ambient lighting lamps -3- on the back of the door trim panel by releasing the retainers and removing the lamp from the fiber-optic cable.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- If equipped, remove the control head -1- for the memory settings.

-- Loosen the trim -3- from the door trim panel using the scraper no. 1 from the Scraper Set :VAS 6845 -arrows-.

-- Loosen the pull handle/armrest -2- -arrows-.

-- Remove the pull handle/armrest -2- with the trim -1-.

-- Unclip the switch mount -2- with the Wedge Set :T10383 from the pull handle -1- -arrow-, for this, loosen the retainers -3-.
