Driver Side Instrument Panel Cover/Storage Compartment, Removing And Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Scraper no. 1 from the Scraper Set :VAS 6845
Removing the cover
-- Unclip the cover -1- from the instrument panel cover in the direction of -arrow A- using the scraper from Scraper Set :VAS6845 and fold it downward.
-- Remove the cover from the instrument panel cover toward the rear in the direction of -arrows B-.
Storage compartment removal
-- Open the storage compartment -1- all the way.
-- Push the stop -2- for the storage compartment upward in the direction of -arrow A-, disengage the storage compartment at the stop and then remove from the instrument panel cover in the direction of -arrows B-.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.
