The following dimensions represent the distances at the marked points. This must also be oriented to the layout of the original adhesive bead on the removed component.

Rear Window
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR WINDOW, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Center at the sides
Cover Profile
- Before installing a new cover profile, remove the rest of the old cover profile with a commercially available glass scraper.
Adhesive Bead
- Observe the minimum curing time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
- Note the different distances
  - Dimension -a- = 7.8 mm
  - Dimension -b- = 28.2 mm
  - Dimension -c- = 7.9 mm
  - Dimension -e- = 30.7 mm
  - Dimension -g- = 30.1 mm
- Adhesive bead thickness. Refer to Adhesive Application: .
Locating Pins
- Loosen the bonding before cutting out the window glass
- Quantity: 2
Spacer
- Quantity: 3
  - Dimension -d- = 18.0 mm
  - Dimension -f- = 17.9 mm
- Apply the side spacers at half of the window height
