Starter, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Disconnect the battery. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Remove the plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Loosen the screw-type clamps -arrows-.

-- Remove the EGR pipe -1-.

-- Loosen the screw-type clamp -arrow-.

-- Remove the nuts -3-.

-- Remove the bracket -2-.

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Remove the bolts -5-.

-- Move the particulate filter to the right side.

-- Remove the bolt -arrow-.

-- Remove the right engine support. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Remove the bolt -5-.

-- Remove the nut -4-.

-- Remove the Starter -B- -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Free up the B+ wire -2-.
