Battery A, Removing And Installing, Vehicles Without 48V System, (VH0): Removing

-- Disconnect the battery. Refer to BATTERY A, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH ALTERNATIVE DRIVE SYSTEM, (0K4) BATTERY A, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING, VEHICLES WITH ALTERNATIVE DRIVE SYSTEM, (0K4) .

-- Remove the right luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITHOUT HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM .

-- Loosen and detach the securing strap -2-.

-- Remove the nut -4-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Remove the battery bracket -3-.

-- Pull the battery -1- out -arrow- until the terminal clamp is accessible.

-- Remove the cover -5- over the battery positive terminal.

-- Loosen the nut -4- and disconnect the main fuse panel -3-.

-- Disconnect the central venting system hose -2-.

-- Lift out the battery -1-.
