Upper Air Duct Pipe, Removing And Installing, 2.9L Engine: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
- Replacing the seals after removal.
- Check the O-ring of the crankcase ventilation for damage. Refer to appropriate Repair Information .
- Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Used coolant cannot be used again.
-- Install the oil filter element:
- A6. Refer to Maintenance Work; Engine Oil; Oil Filter, Replacing.
- A7. Refer to Maintenance Work; Engine Oil; Oil Filter, Replacing.
-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the charge air cooling circuit cooler. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLING CIRCUIT COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Connect the coolant hose to the connector coupling. Refer to Fig 1.
-- Fill with coolant. Refer to Coolant, Filling .
